We are blasted with noise every sec so take time to tech detox and find silence. Silencing the ringer isn’t enough. Put it in another room even downstairs under the sink. It can be hard to detach yourself especially when it is on your wrist but take that off, too. Take a tech vaca.
Light candles, dim the lights and be together. Start an uninterrupted conversation, find your romance, select a movie or a play Pandora station music. Whatever you do, show the world you are closed and out for a short of period of time just for the two of you.
